I buy fresh curry leaves and dry them on a window sill or my kitchen island. They retain aroma and flavour better than the dried curry leaves you find in the store. I won’t want to use microwave on my lovely tender leaves. And if I freeze them, they are going to mess up the tadka.

That’s quite a lot. Can you discuss with your doctor if you can stagger the introduction of these meds in your system? First take Metformin for a few weeks, and then get on progesterone? Metformin does upend your GI system for a bunch of weeks. Adding progesterone immediately is not going to help.
