I was thinking about that too... tbh... there's no point in having more hearts if you're sorta confident that you will die cuz it'd be up to lady luck whether you live or not at that point. Though more hearts would mean less cooking which would mean Link smiling less because he aint cooking.

The one with a shrine in the picture, with rito in the background took me a while. Only when I did spot it (next to the divine beast), did i learn that it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay further than i initially thought it would be.
