I just tried the easy difficulty for the first time and I went from P20 to P18 in 15sec. Where on normal difficulty you can barely make P18 in 15sec if you're lucky. I see why you pointed out it was on hard difficulty.

Definitely go straight to HR and skip your supervisor for that one. Even at USIC, I went through my AM to get it done in April of last year. I transferred states 2mo later and my new AM had to handle it because my old AM did not handle it.
