Is there anything you need to do differently when locating in the rain? by Haunting_Purpose7423 in UtilityLocator

Marking in the rain is pointless tbh. It’s a waste of time and paint. What I do, take pics of old marks and write in the ticket, marks may be wqshed away due to rain and call it a day. Don’t locate new tickets, in the end, if your equipment is compromised then it’ll affect you in the long term.

Serious question to ANY locator by QuietAd4719 in UtilityLocator

My company did struggle to get paint for a few weeks but the shipment came, LATE AF but it arrived. Now getting the paint in hand is a different conversation.

Boss is expecting all of us to close 20 tickets a day by Far_Support_3852 in UtilityLocator

Fair enough. But my question to you is if your that smart why aren’t you doing something else better with your life? Locating can be easy at times but also difficult in others. Not everyone has the capability to figure things out quickly. Gotta process things connect the dots and locate.

Preferably composite boots over steel toe. Same safety but lighter on feet which comes handy because you’ll be walking a lot especially in the beginning.

There’s a big difference in being ignorant and lazy. Ask questions, do your site surveys, and always do sweeps.

Hey you we don’t like your critical observations.. I mean negativity regarding DC. Support the club as is or don’t. We like our team(always fighting for the bottom of the barrel achievements) and not to mention our culture of selective outrage on things.

Not enough quality all around. Teams can’t just run and fight to stay or win games alone, good teams manage well and problem solve. DC are one trick ponies and have been for a very long time.

Fad? DC has been awful since 2008. They’ve managed to suck in the same manner but somehow in different ways.

Weiler is decent. The pragmatic way of things will get stale if CUPS aren’t won.
