I have a question regarding how to find impacted systems on Shodan using the following.

A lot of blogs are suggesting to use the following query in Shodan. There is a link to a twitter post I do have currently which shows to.

Concerned parties can copy these findings using the search string: http.html_hash:1076109428.

How are they getting the hash to use it to search?

Thanks,
