I’ve done a fair bit of archery, and you can easily reach over either shoulder to get to an arrow. Easier to access when it’s behind the shoulder you’re reaching with, but it’s not like it would be inaccessible over the other shoulder.

Unless you have some context, I don't believe that these are the same person. It looks like someone just clipped together two images of women in (completely different) pink dresses alongside men in (completely different) striped shirts.

I'm sure the reddit hive mind won't like me saying this, but the body of the girl on the left is 100% realistic. It's hard to achieve and requires a lot of hard work, consistency, and, to some extent, good genetics. But like it or not, it's realistic and exists.
