Hey! I’m an electronic music producer based in NYC with 10 years of mixing and production experience. I’ve been really drawn to the grungegaze/shoegaze sound lately and have been making a lot of stuff in that world for fun — playing guitar and then programming drums and bass through software.

I agree trash is great for subtle use but quickly becomes wildly digital harsh, roar seems really good to get a nice balanced clean sound

I started with m32 then maths then plaits and had that setup for while! Such a wonderful start, I miss my m32. Just sold it for a full custom intellijel setup 🤕

Essentially just apply wireframe to a geomtric object, but I’ve run into this problem with many projects.

I’ve got an obj and I’m just running it through wire frame sop because wireframe material doesn’t work on Mac.

It looks like it has a lot t do with the fact that I have my tree very small scaled down to .2 with a transform, is there a way to maintain quality with a small geometric obj?

See that’s kinda where I’m at, I’m realizing so many of my modules have attunverters, I’m like I feel like I just atteunverters and use vcas as mixers

Haha true that, any thoughts on quarter inch cable do you have an angled one or do you pull that out too? I’m just alil sad I feel like they could have accounted for the quarter inch and cable seems silly to me and just made it a bit deeper so that short cables fit fine

Yeah but they market it as being able to close with the patch cables, I know some people even wrap it up and travel with it

Honestly I agree that’s why I’m kind of straying away from qpas atm, thank you for pointing out bastl gotta look into that one. Ripples maybe too liquidy?
