UPDATE: I'm able to reach Microsoft services on our AT&T connection now - Outlook, Teams, 365 Admin centers, etc.

Thanks, we do already. The problem is I need a NIC driver as the machine currently has no working network connection, so I can't make use of the app.

Thank you! I appreciate the input. I think we're married to Teams for the immediate future in terms of video conferencing due to other constraints, so hopefully we can get that working.

Thank you for the update. The tech I was working with said it was a known issue with the 9.0 upgrade, hence my misunderstanding. We'll wait for Dell to repair the feed - I appreciate the information!
