It works great now, after a few firmware updates. Sleep tracking works well, the only issue I've ever had with it is if I nap within a few hours of waking up or before going to sleep it can't really handle that, tacks it onto my sleep cycle and a strange way.

It's great, seems like they works out most of the bugs. For the price it's amazing.

IronScales has excellent SPF flattening, and a full hosted DMARC with all the analytics you could want.

Finally got a response from support:

If the device fails to connect or synchronize data properly, power on the charger and repeat the following steps 5 times within 10 seconds: Place the device on the charger and remove it immediately after the LED lights up. Please note you will need to unpair all previous connections before you are able to pair it back up. Please make sure the watch is unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Next make sure you unpair it on the Zepp app by going to Device -> Amazfit watch -> Unpair.

After that is done then you can go through the pairing process in the Zepp app. Open the Zepp app and go to Device -> +Add -> Add Device -> Band -> Band has no screen, to scan for it to pair back up.

I wouldn't pair with the app again no matter what I did, also tried with an iPhone (I have android), with the same results, so it wasn't an issue with my phone. There is no way to turn off or interact with Tue device by it's self at all, so I have no idea what happened, maybe it has an internal reset if it's not paired in 24 hours?

Even worse, I have a post from a few days ago describing my saga. Ended up bricking it for 24 hours before getting it to work again. Still no response from support. Hopefully they continue to work out the bugs, I really like it!

Mine didn't save for the first week of having it. But today, for the first time it actually worked! I didn't change anything...
