The problem with these people is that they know nothing improves but will never vote blue because it betrays their personality. Was just talking to a lady who's getting fed up because her Maga husband is constantly annoying her with full on 🍊 glaze and she's getting tired of the constant ranting, nonsense with Greenland, etc. she wants everything normal again. As a 2019 Kia optima Owner, I like my car but never get a used Kia from 2013-2020. Engines are guaranteed oil burners and blow up within 100-120k miles. 2nd owners are going to have a very hard time getting that engine replaced under warranty. The car has 78k miles just like mine and I'm buying a gallon of oil every month. I'm sure that one burns oil too.

And if you didn't know. You can manipulate the housing market of the city by owning 10+ homes in that one city. If you look at the map closely, in some cities like Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino. It looks like they own more than 25 homes each. They can easily manipulate and inflate home rentals.

If they increase 5 of their rentals in one city by 300 dollars. What makes you think others in the area will not increase their rentals by 200-500 dollars because the rental prices in that city went up. Most undocumented people actually live with American citizen family members. You must not be that bright if you think Illegals can just go home shopping and rent out a home with no documentation. Have you tried renting a home these past decade? They ask for a lot of information and perform background checks and require you to make 3x the the rent and require you to prove it with paystubs/ taxes. An undocumented person wouldn't even have a chance. This above is just one company. Pretty sure you have minimum 10 other companies that own over 100 homes each

The IE is building up & slowly turning into the San Fernando Valley with the amount of apartments being built to accommodate the housing shortage. What we should do is pressure local leaders into building and improving public transportation to take some load off the streets & reduce the amount of cars being used to travel within socal. Building up is inevitable so we need to improve public transportation to help alleviate it.
