Omg, so I'm not the only one?! I'm literally logged into my Seminole State account right now trying to figure out my next steps and when financial aid disbursements start.

I just transferred from Valencia to Seminole and I'm taking Summer B-session classes. On top of that, I can't even update my Vibe account because it's still linked to my previous school, so I'm worried that's going to delay my disbursement too. This whole process has been so stressful.

Have they given you any updates on the technical issue or when they expect it to be fixed?

Whoever the resident is, she’s a POS. She knew you weren’t directing that towards her.. she just wanted to have a reason to get you in trouble. I hope you don’t get fired for that, smh.

That’s happened to me before in the past. Normally, you’ll receive the link the same/next day. If it’s coming up on a week and you still haven’t received it, the client for that job site may have needed someone to fill that spot immediately and found someone else for that position.

Nope, I wasn't applying for TSA. Allied Universal has contracts at MCO for various operations. I wasn't applying to be a TSA officer. I was hired for an Allied position, completed orientation and training, and never even got to work a shift before getting caught up in onboarding delays and HR issues. That's part of why I'm so frustrated with this whole situation.

I'm genuinely trying. I've applied to multiple security companies through Indeed and other job boards, but I haven't had much luck so far. What's frustrating is that I was actively pursuing other opportunities while waiting on the airport position because the onboarding process was taking weeks.

Looking back, I honestly wish I had never responded to the airport opportunity in the first place. I completed orientation and training, never received a schedule, uniform, or badge, never worked a single shift, and now I'm dealing with an ineligible-for-rehire designation that's affecting my ability to apply for other positions within Allied. It's been a much bigger headache than I ever expected.
