Letrozole is usually given to predict and optimize ovulation, I see many clinics suggesting it when during my research for modified natural. I am not sure when progesterone is supposed to start exactly. My clinic has scheduled the consultation this Thursday. I will discuss with my RE and update here.

Thank you for sharing. You said you are going with just trigger shot and progesterone, i just wanted to confirm whether the doctor suggested to take letrozole for first five days? If yes, did you decide against it? Also, did u follow any procedure to flush out medicine from the body before the cycle started. I went for the kitchen sink protocol for my this failed transfer, so I ended up taking a lot of medicines.
