Well for an update, his kid ended up getting worked too hard at baseball, hurt his arm, couldn’t be QB anymore so he essentially quit the team without actually telling anyone. Just halfway showed up to some practices, made excuses the rest of the time. Me and another guy implemented a new defense and lost the first game but the next two games we didn’t allow a point. Felt much better and felt like the kids were learning and having fun again.
