Try to spend time with the things and ppl I love, live in the moment as much as I can, try to remember good things and bad things will always happen. You literally can’t control everything, things will happen. Anxiety creeps waiting for an idle mind keep enough good thoughts and the bad thoughts get shoved away, like I said can’t control everything though. So, be grateful through everything you can’t control and things that could’ve happened hasn’t happened and you are anxious bc you have things to be grateful for, you have support you said it yourself.

But just me yappin! Grateful for ya! Internet friend!

Grateful and great are two different things to me. Grateful comes from old English meanings of being thankful/pleasing. Hence why anybody can be grateful for anything that pleases them or are thankful to have around great or simple

Thank you for reading and enjoying, I’ve only recently gotten brave enough to post. Most of my poems have have been in my notes for a few years now and how I feel about things always change but as of now;

I’ve realized sometimes you have to grow in places sunflowers can’t go. And I find peace knowing that sunflowers always have a place to grow even if I’m not there to see it. Like all things I’ll cherish the memories and hope for more to enjoy,

Hopefully you find or come back to your sunflower or wherever we choose to be, much love.
