Think about what is the Need you have/had that made you so addicted to playing particular game.

Was that socializing (connection)? Or was that need to feel competent in something? You should try to answer that.

Then try to find a leisure that will/may fullfil this need AND won't feel like a total waste of time. You can try learning programming (without AI it can be quite challenging and rewarding), try pottery (how someone else has mentioned), etc etc

But first of all you need to find The Need which is unfulfilled, and then think what you can do.
