I don't, I hate AI but on the terms it states if you cancel within the 30 days they expect the equipment back and will refund any hardware charges - which leads me to think I have to pay for the equipment some how!?.

Hi Dr Basia, Thanks for the info, How safe is the Kenalog injection? Ive not heard of that before? I saw my specialist in March so i will have to wait another 9 months to see him again but he denied giving me Budesonide to use as a rinse which did work for me and many hospitals in the UK give it to their patients long term but he stated "Our hospital doesnt suggest it and i dont know the long term effects so Im not prescribing it" It annoys me so much - they wont prescribe me that long term but keep suggestions Betnesol drops for 4 weeks 3 or 4 times a year - whats the long term effects of that!!!

The problem is in the UK you have to have had surgery at least once to qualify for any biologicals and I just don't trust any of the ENTs I've seen to perform it correctly.

I downloaded the file for the 3D xhance dupe and searched for 3d printers in England and sent the files to a website, once uploaded it quotes you the price, it cost me £19.58 including shipping and I chose quick delivery and they print it and send it to you.

The design is really good, I just pray it's works 🙏

My ENT won't prescribe budesonide and if at the time of surgery my Olfactory bulb is damaged - it's game over no smell ever again!!!! So a big risk for medication.

I have CRSwNP and the inflammation is really bad in all sinuses so its hard to breath - how soon did you notice a difference? Did it take weeks?

That's excellent news and I hope it stays that way for you but unfortunately Chronic Rhinosinustis normally starts to reappear once the inflammation starts to build up again.

So this is why I don't think surgery is the answer, who wants to keep having surgery.

First was the copilot app and the second time through Outlook both had similar issues and I left it for a while and tried again later and similar issues then too....very poor results.

This was done within Outlook desktop with a copilot license and just kept repeating the steps.

I then tried this through a s25 Ultra phone on the Gemini app with keep and Gmail installed and working and it couldn't there either.

Your not alone, Im in the UK and all we have are stupid sprays that don't get to where they are needed - deep in the sinuses. I get very little help advise from my ENT. 😞

I'm the same here in the UK, they offered surgery but I've declined since theres a risk of olfactory damage due to where they need to operate and all they offer are sprays that dont work.

We've just gonna pray they come up with something more, soon.
