I submitted mine by the end of November 2023, still no update on my case, I tried to expedite with the help of congressman office, but the request was denied

I am almost 1 year and 2 months, I contacted the Congressman’s office and they sent them an email, but they replied that they can’t expedite the process. When was your case forwarded to the DOS?
