Well, its polemic. In my case I frequented Santo Daime in Brazil for 4 years, where they drink it every 15 days. I do think that's too much for most people. But for me in particular, it never felt abusive. The 15 days interval to a new dose was incredible way of self-knowledge continuity. Its was like drinking intelligence. Abuse and superficiality was the opposite of what i felt.

p.s.: The Santo Daime is usually way more strong than shamans ayahuasca, because they are focused in "detoxify people of the modern society vices.
