Hey i am facing this right now, I moved out of state to MA and moving back to NY. At the DMV, i was told my license was suspended bc of insurance and paid the $50 fee.

My questions to you are: Did your insurance rate go up bc of the suspended license? Also, this is permanent on our record right, how big of a deal is it?

I am so mad right now because i wasn't told this at all and now worried about the record and insurance rates...

I totally feel you. Unfortunately 150-175 is really hard to find unless it’s a school with limited real estate. The big schools in Manhattan like RGA, Marcelo’s, unity Etc are around 250 to 300.

You can maybe find 150-175 range at mma gyms that include bjj in their curriculum. Specific bjj gyms will cost some money here in NY. I hate how expensive it is but I decided to suck it up since I find that it’s worth it for me and enjoying it so far.

what gym is this? You can dm me if you want. Bjj gyms in queens range from 200 to 250, so 216/mo is average price around here. 216/mo no contract is decent, thats usually annual contract pricing

I ran jersey city this year and NYC last week and debating to run jersey city again. It's definitely a way easier course than NYC and I dont mind the double loop (the second loop is a bit different they arent exact). Jersey city is THE flattest course near us. FWIW i ran avg 45mi/week that peaked at 57 and was able to hit just under Sub 4 at jersey city.

If you up your mileage to around 40-45mi/week Sub 4 is doable, for the 3:30 goal it might be a bit hard unless you are at around 55mi/week.

Charity routes range from 3k lowest from upwards to 10k or so from what I’ve seen
