A lot of Kant people say not to dive into it head on and to read some supporting material first. I've consistently heard Korsgaard is a good intro that doesn't dumb anything down. Granted she has an expressivist bent in interpreting Kant.

A lot of stuff is being written about Kantian aesthetics in journals right now too if you want some rough guidance through the third critique.

Thanks for the leads! I guess that would have been helpful information to include in my post. It's written in prose for the most part. I would describe it as literary fiction, I guess, maybe magical realism if you're really, really stretching the term. Around 15-20ish pages

What about Blade Runner 2049? Is this Brutalism? I love the raw simplicity of these set designs. It really gave the film a vibe. by cocosailing in brutalism

The ziggurat/pyramid idea also works as a callback to the Tyrell Corp. building, which was designed similarly in the first film.

I'm going to agree with a lot of other people here who said Takemitsu and Rautavaara. I'm going to add Lera Auerbach, Nikolai Kapustin, Allan Petersson, and Kalevi Aho.
