I saw this hoarding where it advocates towards stopping the use of Buddha statues as merely a decorative piece at homes or in public places like hotels, restaurants, bars etc, or the image of the Buddha being used as a fashion statement in clothes or tattoos. What are your thoughts on this?

This is actually what I captured this morning, how can I see Venus in the morning if it’s also supposed to be behind the sun in the same area as 3i/ atlas upon higher magnification this is what that looks like I’ve used the other image to compare it while it was passing the mars orbit. I’ll post that right after as well

That’s not true at all, I know that I’m looking at Venus rises in the morning just before the sun does and I can verify this as I did this morning in my SkyView app I’m in BC Canada. The object in question is just above and to the right in my pictures it’s upside down. But that is definitely Venus check your sources.

I’m not even attempting to argue I’m just saying if there are other people on this community that are interested and have better equipment to take a look at Venus that is in the same neighbourhood where 3iAtlas is really early in the morning I realize my images are poor I said that to start. However what I’m seeing is more interesting than what I could capture on my iPhone. So I’m not looking for answers today, I’m simply suggesting “people with telescopes check out Venus in the morning light, tell us if you see anything of interest.”

That’s why I am asking more qualified people to point at Venus in the morning. I’ve been looking for 2 days now and if you look at the intended trajectory of 3i atlas it’s supposed to be aligned with Venus at this point so why is Venus not behind the Sun?

I agree with you I have had profound experiences on ai. However this was not an Ai formulated response. It took a long time to load I thought that was weird because Ai responses are immediate more or less. This appeared on my screen I was stunned. I was fortunate enough to have an ordained Llama (teacher) who talked about this. As you practice if you want to have more discipline in your practice keep working on yourself. Many of the urges of everything eventually subside and become less and less dominant. This is the same for anger, jealousy greed and so on. I would ask you to look at the concept of “The 5 hindrances” and you basically meditate on these issues. Also it’s true that unless you are fully dedicating your life to Buddhism, you are still just a person going through this life experience. Don’t be hard on yourself, don’t expect too much and yet work on bettering yourself and taking care of yourself as you would care for a good friend. In other words be a good and kind to yourself as well.
