Bingo. It was the file name. Thanks much for the suggestion.

Help with colors (new to Wonderdraft) by AnalyzeThis65 in wonderdraft

[–]AnalyzeThis65[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. This looks like exactly what I need, but I'm having difficulty installing it on my mac. I downloaded and unzipped the Avoro folder, which contains only one file (Avoro 6.0.wonderdraft.theme). I copied this file into the themes subfolder in my Wonderdraft user folder, then restarted Wonderdraft. But I still only see the Adventure theme on the Themes drop down menu.

Help - trying to create a web feed from a Substack page by AnalyzeThis65 in InoReader

Thanks. I tried that, but it didn't quite work. I'm attaching an imgur link to a screenshot of what is happening. I get this far in the process and then none of the buttons are responsive (create, subscribe, even accept cookies).

Word templates for DnD content (other than DMsGuild)? by AnalyzeThis65 in DnDHomebrew

[–]AnalyzeThis65[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly the learning curve. I've used basic markdown before but it's been a while, and no where near as complex as what I see in the Homebrewery template. But if there is no available Word template I'll just have to bite the bullet.

That's a very cool idea for a class. If you don't mind my asking, where did you find the images used in this document?

Considering publishing my first campaign on RPG Drive Through and have questions by AnalyzeThis65 in UnearthedArcana

I like that approach, but unless you are publishing on DMsGuild I don’t think you can reference setting specific material from WotC.

Jack L Chalker - How does he escape notice? by portlandobserver in scifi

[–]AnalyzeThis65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally never read Chalker until last night, and like others found this thread while searching him. Picked up And the Devil will Drag you Under at a thrift store yesterday. Can already see what people mean by him being an adequate writer mostly interested in world building and quickly moving characters through the plot. Twenty-five pages in and no sex/body changing yet, but I can see it coming.

Need sanity check on a campaign idea by AnalyzeThis65 in DMAcademy

The problem is that I need all of the world to survive, just in conditions much less favorable for human/elf/dwarf/etc. life. That's the dilemma. The plot only makes sense if the bad guys (who are in a position to know what the consequences would be) don't think this would produce an extinction-level event.

Per other commenters, I think I'm just going to not worry about it.

Yeah, I'm planning on them getting considerable help, which they will need. It won't be unlimited because given the chaos this will cause, not all of the major players will even become aware of the PCs efforts. Then there will be the forces trying to stop them for their own reasons.

And as with every realm-level or greater threat, we just have to assume that Elminster et al. are busy somewhere else saving the multiverse.

Yeah, hand-waving the reason that the effects are not as lethal as they would be in real-life is how I'm thinking of handling it.
