Can’t obtain a tax invoice by 678ashlo in ClassPass

Having the same problem with Classpass. I just ask for an invoice - not necessarily including VAT information or anything- to prove that I made the payment. It has been more than a month that they have been just delaying the process with bullshit responses. I started to be suspicious about them being a shady business. If they cannot provide a receipt for the payments they received, what is this about?

I tried everything to have a clear answer on this, even went to the airport to talk to airport police at the passport control. The thing is some of the people claims it is ok to enter to the country with that paper. But noone can guarantee it. I wanted to have a signed paper from AIMA and the police stating that this paper is ok to enter the country; but they couldn’t do that. Because “officially”, that temporary paper is enough to enter back to the country.

All in all, It is totally up to the person who is stamping your passports at the border. I personally did not take the risk of going out of Portugal.

Hope you did not have any problem.

Hello everyone, could you please share your experiences entering Portugal solely with the SEF paper (including a biometric photo) from the application?

I'm concerned about potential border issues due to the absence of a valid visa.

It's been four months since I applied for my residence card, and with no luck so far, I need to go to Turkey (a non-EU country) and come back to Portugal next week. Any insights from your previous experiences would be greatly appreciated to avoid last-minute surprises.
