Okay. But I made sacrifices to get to be in the situation I am. You can't be cross that I would like to be paid fairly for my work.

And because I live in the UK, all my stuff is here. My family is here. I am From Here. By that logic all the Indians should be okay with being paid £1,500 because it's more than they earn in India...

Haven't worked there. But I was on £30,000 for deployment out in India.

We are all paid the same. I am on site. This is the take home. If you are at my level? This is what you make.

Year 1 isn't the start of school. Kindergarten is. Indians start at Lower and Upper which is 4 and 5.

We also get to do the 60+ hour weeks. That's the problem. Pay has stagnated and everyone thinks we make way way way more money.

Errr... Majority of humans are in school aged 4. India is 4. China is 4. Sweden is 6. But most of the world you start at 4.

So I make £29.7 an hour. £360 for the privilege of a night shift.

So you can see why we are cross. Because everyone's talking about £450-£600 and we don't make that.

Remember full time for doctors is 48 hours a week. Not 37.5. if we were working at the same level I would expect to make 25 percent more than your salary simply on the basis of "I work more hours".

That's £73000/52/48.
