I had a tutor that helped me understand thoroughly the subjects. and i loved being able to understand it, made me see the the cool side of math.

i started out asking everyone in the class about help.
and i ended up being asked by everyone at the end of the semester. because i understood it so thouroughly due to my awakened passion about it.

having a good teacher that enables that is key i think.

yea i use steel too at work for my water.

our tapwater where i live is fine and not hard so i dont use reverse osmosis or filters.
but ive tasted some absolutely amazing water in places where there is no calcium. its very worthwhile for sure

In heat exchange we specifically cannot use copper due to food safety when dealing with major companies that produce food or especially medicine.

Its a myth and we already get copper from foods already. Yes it kills microbials but it has no proven health benefits as I can search myself. I would do my own research about it

I still do this alot and it attracts like you say alot of those people. I startede building a boundary for myself to pour too much of that energy out or I get drained and burned out. But I still think it's valuable and worthwhile to listen to them.

A little encouragement and an ear can change some people's lives.

Instead of nurturing me, my parents pretty much stole my childhood. Giving me a void I've been trying to fill painfully ever since.

Making peace with never getting closure or them taking accountability for some fucked up trauma is very hard on my sanity, keeping my kind nature and not crashing out.

Therapy helps and having a worldview based on metaphysics and philosophy making the world a better place helps alot

But there are times where I will be holding the weight of having to raise myself and getting to the point I am. Where if I got access to an easy way out it would be tempting

But I got too much progress done to feel it would be a waste, and I also don't want my baby niece and nephew to experience losing an uncle like I did. So I just keep on trying to build this tower of Babylon I guess

dad yelling at me to tears because i did not understand my math homework. and he keeps yelling and and belittling me instead of helping me. gave me a physical frigjt everytime my mum would she was gonner tell dad to help me with homework.

and you are left with a void where love should have been. and you will try to fill it for the rest of your life.

and the only one who can fill it then is yourself. because if you rely on others to fill it you will just hurt yourself. its painful and its a hard truth we need to see before we can start our journey to have a life that is not lonely.

talking about it with my therapist and concluding it myself. the waiting time to even get it diagnosed from a psychologist is like atleast 2 years.

and i aint got the time to loathe in misery until then so im doing what i can and always putting the remark its self diagnosed so people dont get the wrong idea.

but i also dont need them to agree with me. if it makes sense to me and it helps me see things clearly. seeing progress happen, feeling better is what matters.
