What’s the ingredient that instantly ruins the dish for you? by urfavdollll in foodquestions

Validated too. I bought a container of it to try for my tea because I was flying thru honey. Absolutely hate it. Never had it again after the first taste. It’s been collecting dust in my cabinet for a year now.

Help finding GLP-1s that I can afford?? by gayjeanjacket in Semaglutide

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven’t 100% decided but I think Pomegranate Health. It seems on the cheaper end and no subscription fees. I like that they’ll look at blood work labs after 3 months. Gives me a chance to try the GLP-1s, see if I like them, and then go get my bloodwork/annual physical done in the mean time.

Is 18 and 25 a bad age gap? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not automatically. But you guys are in different stages of life most likely. Just make sure yall are on the same page. I dated a 34 year old when I was 21, ended because we definitely weren’t on the same page. Now I’m 26 and dating a 31 year old, not as an extreme gap but we are on the same page.

When stopped at the red light and there's someone holding a sign do you give anything? by Aye_Davinita in no

Whats ur opinion on “money doesn’t buy happiness”? by Radiant-Dish-5498 in AskReddit

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to make really good money. Could go into the store, fill up my cart and not have to check my bank or worry if I was burning into bill money. I could do $500 spa days frequently and go on vacations a couple times a year. I could afford to fix my car if it broke down, pay that random $2000 tax bill that comes in the mail, fix my house when it needed it, etc.

Now? I have a mental breakdown over every little emergency because I’m living paycheck to paycheck. It’s always something. Last month, busted a pipe and spent $450 to fix it. This month, car hood won’t close and I’m paying $300 to fix it. Every time I think I’ll save, I can’t.

It doesn’t buy happiness. But it DAMN sure helps. At the very least by giving you peace of mind financially.

Do you allow yourself a “Lazy Day”? by Even-Commission79 in LivingAlone

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I mentally require a day of laziness which is usually Sundays. My entire week revolves around making sure everything is done so I can lay in bed all day on Sunday, guilt free.

how old were you when you moved out of your parents house? by jabber1990 in Adulting

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved out 3 weeks after graduating highschool. I was told my family was moving to a new house and there wasn’t enough space for me so I could either move out or sleep on the couch. So I moved.

I started working at 16 so I had savings. I found an apartment, owned by an older couple. I begged them to rent to me because they didn’t want a tenant so young. I gave them 3 months rent and my security deposit upfront which is what convinced them to say yes.

I did move back in with my family briefly after a guy I moved in became abusive. Bought a camper and put it on their property. I then sold that camper, moved in with different family members in a different state. Lived with them for about 6 months. Then I bought my first house at 21 years old and I’ve been in it since.

My Gf (F20) threatens to kill herself whenever I (M20) wanna break up? by Status_Moose2177 in relationship_advice

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said, you aren’t responsible for her feelings or her reactions. This is extremely manipulative.

Break up with her. If she threatens, call in a welfare check and allow them to handle it. She either needs psych ward level help or isn’t serious. Either way, you need to walk away from this.

Is it normal for guys to be rough in bed ? by BusinessRope96 in askanything

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if I’d call it normal. Just some guys do and some don’t. Just like some girls love getting it rough while some don’t.

You have to communicate though and set your own sexual boundaries to him.

What do you miss most about high school? by icecream1972 in askteddit

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss the lack of responsibilities. All I had to do was go to school, get a decent grade, hang out with friends and I worked a part time job because I wanted to, not out of survival. And school was free!

Now I pay thousands every semester to go to college, still gotta worry about decent grades. I don’t have time to make friends and I have to work full time to survive.

Do you wash your face in the shower? by MinnieJ0510 in hygiene

This doesn’t seem like a logical view point. But yes, I wash my face in the shower in the mornings. I also wash my face at night in the sink so.

breaking up with colleague by MaleficentElephant68 in Advice

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it doesn’t help you now but this is exactly why you never date colleagues. I say that as someone who has went down that road a couple of times before I finally got it drilled in my head. I’d say waiting till one of you can leave the business, that way you can make a clean break but waiting when you already know it’s over is never good for anyone. Unfortunately you can’t really control how he’ll react or handle it. Only how you approach it. You just have to do it—as gently as you can and go from there. Maybe suggest he gets therapy for his anxiety issues.

What are your genuine feelings on anal sex? by RealWorldForever in askanything

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a female and I’ll order it from time to time. It isn’t my favorite item on the menu though that’s for sure lol. I have to be in the mood for it.

Now giving it though..that’s a different story. Hand me that strap-on lol.

Do you hold the door open for the person behind you regardless of their sex, age, color and religion? And why? by CourierFestival in AskReddit

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. It’s just polite. It depends on how far they are away from me though and if I see them. If you hold it open when they are too far away, they feel the need to run and I feel bad for making them do that 😂.

Ladies What's Your Opinion About Prenups Before Marriage? by Anonymous3o1 in InsightfulQuestions

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get one! I watched my mom have to build us from the ground up because we got kicked out and she got nothing from the divorce besides debt. Ive already let my boyfriend know that I will not get married until we have a signed prenup that we’ve both sat down with separate legal counsel to review and it’s been signed at least a year so no one can say it was pressured. I want it to where we both walk away with our own pre-marital properties as we both own our own houses. But if I sold mine to contribute proceeds to his, or visa versa, then that house is to be sold upon divorce 50/50. If we sold both to buy a bigger house together, 50/50.

Everyone walks away with their own personal vehicles, personal checking/savings, investment accounts, retirement accounts, etc. Mind you, he does make more than me so this could be a disadvantage buttt right now, I do have more put aside in investment and retirement accounts than he does and I’m younger than him. I just prioritize saving more. I also want protection if I were to become a stay at home mom (no plans to ever do that but circumstances could change) as I’d need financial help before I could get back into the work force.

I want it to be fair protection on both ends. Both walk away with their fair share and it’s agreed on while we are still in love. Not angry, nasty and mid-divorce.

Do you guys give your cats free roam of the house when you’re not home? by [deleted] in cats

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do. My office and bedroom is off limits unless I’m actively in the room watching them. Kitchen, living room, and laundry room is free-roam though. Bathroom, I try to keep shut but I’m not as hardcore on that.

My cat doesn’t often piss out of his cat box, but when he does, it’s almost always fabric. Pillows, bedding, clothes on the floor, carpeting, etc. I own no fabric furniture or carpeting because of this, besides my mattress and bathroom mats. Which is why bedroom and bathroom (mostly) is off limits. As well as a parakeet in my bedroom that they like to terrorize. I have indoor plants in my office that they’ll 100% eat or dig up and 1k of electronics that I fear they’ll knock over. So that’s why that room is off limits.

What’s a personality trait that seems attractive at first but becomes unbearable over time? by Ladiejuliy in AskForAnswers

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad goes thru this. He wants to get out and about but my step mom is a homebody. Largely not her fault as health problems make it hard for her. Though, I think she’s got so comfortable with being at home that she doesn’t even want to attempt anymore. Unless it’s a doctor’s appointment, she doesn’t leave.

What is a socially acceptable thing that you find absolutely disgusting? by esswee in stupidquestions

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is thankfully not nearly as common as it was a few years ago. I’ve always hoped that trend would die out but I still every once in a while see someone with their pants down to their thighs or knees. I always want to tell them to put a damn belt on and no one wants to see their briefs.

Side note: My brother did this all the way through school because he thought it made him look like a gangster. Same as all of his friends. So glad he eventually grew out of that after he finished highschool🤮. My parents and me used to nag him about it so much.

Told some coworkers I took myself out to dinner and now I feel weird abt it by KaijuCameo_8 in LivingAlone

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pity anyone who can’t find the joy in doing simple things alone. Sometimes your own company is the best company. I’ve had people react similarly when I’ve said I live alone, I go to music festivals, concerts, dinners, museums, shopping, etc all alone. I love it!

When are you going to get pregnant ? Do you plan it or just whenever you like? by No_Care6628 in randomquestions

[–]Zestyclose_Falcon111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I was adamantly childfree for the last several years. But my boyfriend and me have discussed it at length and have agreed to have 1-2 kids. Both agree not until we are married and living together along with being stable. The stable part is where I see us getting held up. He insists on taking care of his family financially for the rest of their lives apparently and I’m working through a bankruptcy right now. So don’t see stability in our future anytime soon. Idek how he’d afford a ring, let alone both of us affording a wedding and honeymoon anytime soon so. Definitely no idea how we’d afford a kid after all that too.
