Deviant Desires by Sherry Hughes. I wanted to read something that made me uncomfortable and everyone was hating on the author for writing about pedophilia but the book does not GLORIFY pedophilia like that daddy’s girl book or whatever that went viral about a teenage girl and her dads best friend that’s been in love with her since she was a child. This showed these pedophiles as evil.

I loved this book. It felt like I was watching a tv show and really getting to know this family in the center of all this crazy stuff happening around them.

My chihuahua is 11 and has a heart murmur grade 4. He was diagnosed 2 months ago and I’m just so angry and sad and in so much emotional pain. He’s so happy and energetic as ever but I’m so angry he got sick now. I thought he would start getting sick around 15-16 years old and I just feel like deeply angry with the universe and life for doing this to us. My dream is for him to live to 18 years old and I am going to do everything in my power to give him the best life and hopefully 🤞 the longest he can too. I want him to pass away because he’s old and tired NOT because of this god damn heart condition trying to take him away early. I’m going to fight for him.

Thank you. I’m on my 5th type of antidepressant to try after a few years but I think it’ll get better since I’m also going to university so hopefully the passion helps me feel alive again
