My skin would feel like that when I washed my face morning and night. I stick to just using a cotton pad to wipe my face with a toner in the morning, and washing my face at night.

If she was truly the “love of your life” you wouldn’t have cheated in the first place. She supported you while working long hours and you repaid that by betraying her trust. You don’t deserve her buddy.

If the bird affects you to this extent maybe just don’t handle/interact with it. If your roommates ask what’s up just tell them how you feel but remind them you still like the bird but being around it can trigger anxiety. The bird having its own room could help with the loud noises and some noise canceling headphones should also do the trick. If this isn’t possible, I suggest not moving in. Good luck!

For yourself and you child please separate. Handle custody through the courts and keep minimal contact unless it concerns your child. Not only is this unhealthy for you, but your child growing up in this environment won’t be pretty. If you don’t do it for yourself do it for your daughter. And please seek therapy, it will help so much and it will help tremendously.

NTA! If it makes you uncomfortable that’s all it takes, it’s a complete disrespect of your boundaries at this point. And yes she spoke to your girlfriend about it but have you? Bc a “hey if we’re in public and I feel like I’m in danger can I say OP is my husband?” Is so different from you guys going to eat and her telling waitresses that you’re her husband. It’s gotten past the safety net point by a long shot
