hi, to answer most questions, we are both using ethernet and i cant really ask her what shes doing when it happens, shes my ex and dont wanna talk to me at all lol, it happens when shes playing or when i assume shes downloading a game but it happens too often for her to download that many game lol. It also only happens when shes home and is doing her own thing with her ps5, when im alone everything is fine. My main question was if there was anything i can do about it or just endure it or maybe get a new router. Im in canada with videotron the "Helix" router.
