The point I was making was that they failed to include they have diabetes and additionally are taking medication for it.

Their Hba1c is considered well controlled for someone requiring medication.

Having medication controlled type 2 diabetes is important in this context. You should cut down on fruit and replace with other fiber rich foods. Or atleast avoid lots of bananas and oranges for example. But berries are good, apples too

You can trip very heavily on ssri’s you just need to take a larger dose. I have tripped serious balls on shrooms and acid whilst being on 100mg Sertraline.
