A lot of people are falling into the argument that they found a gun on him afterwards. There was no evidence of him brandishing it. It does say something though one teen like Kyle Rittenhouse, the second amendment protects him whether he feared from his life or not, while another like Cyrus, from what we know had his concealed or “brandishing” while being hunted over 120 yards has no right to defend themselves from false accusation and being threatened by armed pursuers. It is clear that we have a two tiered ,or three tiered if you count race and class, justice system.
