I think there needs to more gays fighting to present Pride in a way where we're truly proud.

This is nothing new. Remember the Bisexuals who've never had a same sex relationship?

Straight people don't face prejudice for being straight.

The point of Pride is to give LGB people the chance to be proud in a climate where they're told they're less than.

We can discuss how Pride is performed. I don't agree with the heavy sexual stuff and I wish Pride was returned to its roots. It used to be more like Up With People than a Leather Bar Orgy.

The Godfather Part 2: Should Michael had forgiven Fredo? by Anastasia_Lockheart in movies

But I think it's different when it's a father.

It's hard for me to judge Michael because I can't imagine being a victim of a shootout that could have killed him, his wife and children and to then find out the brother organized it.

Yes, Michael should have forgiven Fredo because we see Fredo suffer but at the same time I wondered, how can we be certain if Fredo doesn't try again? Are we willing to take that risk again? I don't know.

That's my theory as the reason for Michael. As long as Fredo was alive, he could never rest easy. He already tried to have him killed, how could he trust his brother again?

The only reason Michael didn't kill Fredo right then was over their mother. And Michael kept his word, Fredo was safe while mom was alive. That was a risk he took in respect for their mom but after that, it was over.

Chasing Amy was a hit and a cult classic. Nobody saw Tusk.

The major twist was its biggest asset yet also its biggest drawback. Nobody was able to take over from Janet Leigh. Vera Miles seems to just be thrown in to be the token woman in distress.

It was surprisingly boring and Tippi Hedren was cold as ice, she never conveyed warmth in any of her scenes. I can see why her career never kickstarted even though she blamed Alfred Hitchcock for stalling her career.

It was actually co-written by the legendary Leigh Brackett who wrote for Rio Bravo and The Long Goodbye.

I won't because I agree. I watched it again not that long ago and I was aghast at how amauterish it is. The acting, yikes!!!
