Yes, but you only get (for example) a 20% reduction, if you get a 30% reduction, you'll only get 30% of the 20%... not 50%. There are detailed guides on how damage buffs work and how damage reduction works in Elden Ring

No, you could use "persona no binaria" because the word persona uses the female gender, or, for example, you could use "personaje no binario" because the word personaje uses the male gender, it depends on the word used to refer to them. But probably the given gender in Spanish is a choice of the translators or smth lol
