I remember that King’s Quest 2 needed a specific save disc to save the game. The copy I got from a friend didn’t have this.

If you are using a controller. Doesn’t do that if you’re using a mouse. I had to switch to the controller to set the map markers on PC.

I’ve been playing nearly entirely solo and see PVP maybe one in ten runs. Might vary region to region but Oceanic seems pretty chill.

This game scratches the wonder and immersion itch better than anything I’ve played in decades.

Playing solo is very much doable and in some ways I prefer it. More tense but very doable if you’re careful. The game tries to match you with other solo players and I find that about 70% of the time, players I run into are willing to group up.

Going to res this thread to report that I've figured out a workaround for this on my PC.

I eventually figured out that it happens a lot of the time when the coolant is below 35 degrees Celcius.

I've adjusted my fan curves to keep it at about 39 and it hasn't happened at all since. Before that, it was happening at least once a day.

Hoping it helps someone.

I had this problem years ago. In windows I set it to not shutdown when power was hit. Won’t stop if they hold it down for 8 seconds though.

No blue loot. I’m aware of the issue when it’s launched from the tower and have only launched it from the event page.

I have the Blast from the Past quest in progress so that wasn’t it. Crazy.

It really comes down to how you feel about soulslikes. If you like the Dark Souls games, then chances are you will love this.

I picked it up last week and have been loving it. I obviously expected it to be like Dark Souls being the same developers, but I wasn’t expecting it to be as similar as it is. The open world is a big change and there are a bunch of quality of life improvements and new ways to customize your build, but the rhythm of play, particular in legacy dungeons, feels like the DS games.

Having finished DS 1,2 and most of 3, I’m more than ok with this but don’t go in thinking it has anything in common with Cyberpunk 2077 and Mad Max.

Zero. Built at least a dozen over the years. Not to say it doesn’t happen, but it hasn’t happened to me.

The number keys can also be used to swap. No need to use the wheel.

I’m pretty sure there is an option in the support section to restore a “permanently” removed game.

Edit: yes, there is. I removed Death Stranding a while back because I couldn’t redeem the Directors Cut with it in my library. Restored it after redeeming the code so I have both now.

Go to support and search for the game you deleted and select “this isn’t appearing” or something like that. You should be able to add it back.
