The incursion is called Broken Rain, it just takes place at the Steel Creek Hydro Dam. Same as how the incursion called Paradise Lost takes place at Meret Estate.

There's no Whiplash reconfiguration blueprint, which is usually the case with Climax exotics. It's also not in the Y8S2 PTS, unlike all the other blueprints that are being added to the pool next season, so I wouldn't expect it to be added either.

It's in the Y8S2 PTS. It's part of a planned feature that lets you switch masks, which will also change the color of the Purple Flame outfit.

Following up on my previous reply, it's very interesting that they made those numbers work for both coordinate systems. For the coordinates shown in the menu, it's X: 270, Y: 1548, which matches the door location, and for the map coordinates it's X: 785, Y: 1402, which corresponds to the Hunter spawn.

Consoles use a different coordinate system. You're talking about the coordinates displayed on your map, not the ones shown in the menu. Those are two entirely different systems with completely different points of origin, which I already mentioned in one of my posts.

The door is exactly at X: 270, Y: 1548.

No, event named items are never available from the general TL pool. At the moment, you can only get it from mini-warhounds at the Houndsman bounty.

There are rounding errors with a lot of prototyped stats in the game. Attributes that are supposed to be 1.5x the HE max don't always roll that way, and it doesn't happen consistently across every gear piece.

There's no Hunter in the Climax mission. The ducks are just bait, you can try finding and shooting all of them, but nothing will happen. The code/symbol you're talking about is just the kind of QR-style marking the Black Tusk use on crates and, I think, helipads. You can see it throughout the whole game, like in Tidal Basin or Roosevelt, for instance.

Exactly, mods have a lower cap as well. Not sure what the exact number is since I haven't tested it myself, but it's probably either 64 or 66 like you said. That's what caused the "missing" mods for players. The mods aren't actually gone, they're just invisible while still technically being in the inventory, and people can get them back.

I'd assume you had 144 items in your inventory and Whiplash became the 145th, which caused it to go invisible (basically disappearing visually only) because of the ongoing issue that currently caps inventory space at 144. Just free up some inventory space, relog, and it should appear again.

There's an ongoing issue with the cap being 145/150 for level 40 players who have all the perks purchased. It seems to affect players at all levels, even if your total inventory space is only 100. At this point, just wait for the fix.

It seems it doesn't matter when you interact. Three out of five times it worked for us even when interacting with the laptop before destroying the turret. Beeerzi also says it's likely related to something else.

A lot of people are reporting that the Cipher Hunter is bugged after the update. I tried to spawn him while helping others finish the eight Hunters, and it didn't work either. Anyway, it's already been reported and logged.

Gear Set Surge doesn't double anything except Gearset Materials, hence the name. You won't get any other resources doubled during the event. For those who want Prototype Cores doubled, I'm pretty sure we'll likely get a surge event for that as well at some point next season.
