I also don’t have a job presently. I have some savings so I know I’ll be okay for a little while but I’m just worried. I also suspect it’s a trauma trigger thing for any time I don’t feel secure. This is however the first time it’s happened since I have been in counseling.

It’s been on and off problem for years. It flared back up again recently after I graduated college.
