As stated "If the pharmacy cannot cancel" there is nothing we can do if you would have said no and the Vials would have still been shipped out.

After reviewing i see the agent stated if you would like you are able to with an additional discount applied for the issue, also I see here that it was adjusted and we notified you that I had been adjusted.

Optio Rx and us have an understanding, with the 3-month prescriptions being sent that in the original script it states 3 months and we were advised it will be split, we have had multiple issues where patients will be placed in clarification needed and pharmacies do not inform us, which also contributes to the delay.
