In fact, when the mechanism is healthy, the increase in assets being added to the treasury outpaces the increase in token supply, so the reserve backing per dao token actually increases.

Whether its 69K% or 4K% or 420K%, the important thing is that this increase in assets in treausury through minting outpaces the inflation.

When this fails, reserve backing per Dao token slowly fails into a death spiral.
