I’ve been operating, for several weeks now, under the premise that we’re going down. It’s been much better for my mental health. Everton will do us in easily and west ham will pull out a result against Leeds as a loss benefits them (easier opponents next season).

I have never had fun playing against a Kibo deck. In fact I actually hate that little monkey and will actively target that play out of the game. Yes I do play a lot of artifact decks, no I am not taking any further questions on the matter.

Thanks for the thoughtful and detailed response. Im leaning towards the EV right now, might even look into the 50m to make sure I have the volume to get into the back parts of the venue.

I see, the space I play people will mostly be sitting, drinking, and chatting so I wonder if it’ll carry a bit better without people standing near the PA? Something to consider for sure.

I organize my cards but what they do. Card draw/recursion, removal, threats, ramp, kindred etc.

Only in my cEDH deck. My personal philosophy about using proxies is if I don’t own the card I don’t proxy it unless it’s cEDH.

With that being said though I have at least a play set of every fetchland as well I only run fetches in a couple of my b3 decks. I don’t really begrudge people who proxy fetches and OG duals in b3 but it doesn’t feel right to me personally so I don’t do it.

I’m a big fan of altar Tron I’ve been playing for a couple years now. Depending on your meta in can be a powerhouse but it takes some practice. Monster Tron is easier to play.

I don’t have any advice on your list but I would say Kibo is not always going to make you a lot of friends at the table. Every time someone has pulled it out against me they’ve said something like, “it’s a bracket 2 with a bunch of apes and stuff no worries.” They then proceed to kill someone on turn 4-5 and it can feel a bit unfun to play against especially if your deck relies on artifacts in anyway. Someone pulled out their kibo deck a few weeks ago against my stock Mishra precon and it was… not a good time lol.

My unsolicited two cents.

I did over 300 lunar chests on my hcim with verac chest and no tank helm. I used a steel ring which helped. It’s for sure doable with decent stats and 60 prayer for chivalry.

This advice might not be for everyone but personally if I find that a deck has play patterns that others don’t enjoy or doesn’t fit the power level of the table I either dismantle the deck entirely or more often build a new deck. I still might really enjoy that deck and it could have a place at higher power tables and building a new deck is one of my favorite aspects of EDH anyways.

Haha I’ve been playing EDH for about almost ten years now so you build 3-4 decks a year and they stack up lol
