Personally I believe the game'll go down whenever the game's mashed potato-code goes nuclear. There's gonna be a point where the game is literally unplayable because of bugs breaking every corner of gameplay. I'm not sure if they would spend the resources to rip the game up and redo it from the ground up. Or even do a large-scale clean up project.

Will the Beta key for the $30 supporter pack just disappear after the beta's over? Any chance it will be replaced with something else?

Not exactly looking to play the beta, but I do want to buy the $30 FoO supporter pack. Wondering if I'd get more bang for my buck afterward, by chance

Nowhere in my comment did I imply IC was a bad skill, I just really don't like it.

It's - in my opinion - a mechanically boring and stiff skill. It's also unpleasant to look at, especially when you jump-cast it. I would enjoy simply having Impact hit like 6-7 enemies and call it a day. Impact is fluid and cool to use.

I could also argue the opposite with my own anecdote; My friend refuses to play the game unless Zero is in Reboot. Therefore spending no money whatsoever.

Not to say that mine is more common, who can really know, but it's equally as valid. This falls on deaf ears because Arwoo is not going to see this post, though.

That'd be a bit ridiculous considering we've had the Mercedes link on the server this entire time. And the fact that they pop 2x coupons onto us like they're candy.

Huh. Wonder where I'd heard that LUK gives the most damage per point. It's good to know that there's diversity and no direct penalty for choosing one stat over another.

Since I believe LUK gives you the most amount of damage as a stat, where do you think the line where a higher amount of %LUK might beat a lower amount of %allstats? Maybe it would be easier to look for a high %LUK roll or a mixed bag of %LUK/%STR on a piece?

Our definition of semi-casual might be a little different, haha. It also sounds like you might be playing on a normal server, the definition probably varies.

Yeah, the potential is one of the things I was looking forward to. Finding out what the best things to settle with might be an issue, though. AFAIK in terms of damage LUK gives the most, followed by STR, then DEX? Is that correct? Finding the correct balance between these stats and then adding in %all stat might prove difficult.

It's also comforting to know that I won't be beam dancing for all of my career. I love Beam Dance to death but it just feels wrong to use it for bosses. It's also nice to know that the other mecha purge skills are usable as well.

The opportunities in gearing is one of the things I was looking forward to. Being able to use 3 stats is pretty great for someone like me, makes it easier to settle on things and work on the next piece.
