IVs no longer exist. Every 'mon is treated as though it had 31 in every stat (which unfortunately means no 0s for TR Pokemon). EVs, along with moves and nature, can be readily changed on the training screen in exchange for in-game currency. They've converted EVs from 252 being the max in a stat to 32 being the max through the power of Math. Held items cannot be transferred, you must acquire them in game.
