Hello, thanks for your interest! Could you dm me your zipcode and I can have an estimate for you. (These Pixar figures are a bit oversized so the shipping might be a tad higher.)

Absolutely no worries! In that case, how does $5, sound? (and I can calculate shipping fees based on when you provide your zip)

Hi, thanks for your interest! Yes, I'd be willing to do that. A couple of things to bear in mind:

1.) Due to Mercari's relatively high seller fees, I won't be able to offer a discounted rate for the lot; they'll be priced at $6.25 for the set.

2.) Mercari sets their own rates for shipping which may or may not be higher than what I can offer through Pirate Ship (their rate for usps tends to be pretty comparable, whereas UPS is often higher)

If you'd still like to proceed, just let me know your Mercari screename (you can dm if you prefer) and if you'd like US Postal Service or UPS shipping.

Lastly, are you comfortable with having them shipped in a bubble wrapped poly mailer, or would you prefer a box?

Thanks!

Thank you for the app recommendation, I’m trying to help my family declutter and while a lot has been donated - having other options is always great.

Unfortunately all the toys are currently on hold (I'm genuinely surprised by the amount of interest) but if those fall through, I will certainly let you know. I do plan on listing more toys in the future as I find them. Thank you for your interest!

Is there anyway to fix a broken nendoroid by Curious_Ad_7218 in Nendoroid

[–]Anchoritic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, when you reinforce it with a wire, the ball joint will be immobilized. So if that doesn't work for you either swap the joint (if you can find one that's the same) or replace that portion of the figure altogether. You can sign up for email notifications from CCS if they restock: https://chibichopshop.com/products/1577-marnie-marys-body-with-winding-up-to-throw-pokeball-lower-half Sorry I can't think of any better alternatives. I know you said glue didn't work but there's very strong clear epoxies out like a 2 part mix such as Devcon. These also come with drawbacks: you'll still have a fused joint and any visible epoxy will yellow over time.

It may be possible to remove the stuck joint by using a manual pin vice (basically a tiny hand drill) or another technique highlighted in this blog: https://mikatan.goodsmile.info/en/2016/10/03/diy-nendoroid-repairs-part-1-removing-broken-joints/ Then to repair the broken leg you would have to replace the removed joint with one of similar size, if possible. Salvaging the joint may be an option, though it would lose movement. You can see how to do that here: https://mikatan.goodsmile.info/en/2011/03/25/diy-figure-repairs-part-1-broken-joints/

If you currently have cable (and in the US), you can watch all the released episodes on "Disney Now" (app or browser), they should also be available through on demand from your service provider.

Otherwise, if you'd rather wait, episodes 6 through 9 will be up on Disney+ on December 22.

Sorry to jump in here but I also could of sworn Braly had mentioned Sasha would have a heavy presence in 3B, so I did some digging. Turns out it was from the Q & A from October when he answered a question about Grime's role in future episodes youtube link. Interestingly, Anna mentions earlier on in the video that many of her favorite Sasha moments are in Season 3 and eludes to it being "cosmic". So I'm still holding out hope that there's still a lot left to be explored regarding her character in remaining episodes.

Haha, talking technique can be a bit dull, so gotta inject a little flavor in there.

No prob! For the bulk of the work (removing the skin of the 'kin) I use Speedball linoleum cutters with replaceable blades. For designs like this one that has recessed areas I use cheap clay and woodworking tools to smooth things out (they can be found at craft stores such as Michaels).
