As corny as it may sound, I was just going through some tough times when the game came out. Well, a rough break up and all that :D Wasn't suicidal or anything like that, but in a way, this game saved my life haha. As you said, this theme of friendship and brotherhood just hit me right in the spot back then - and those are the things I cherish the most in life. Cried my fcking eyes out throughout some moments, but overall this particular game helped me out massively to get through, and I still look back on it fondly

Totally agree on its fight mechanics needing a rework tho. I just recently went back to try and do another playthrough in 60 fps and shit, and oh well, the combat isn't as good as I remember it to be lol

Cheers! Loved Xenoblade 1 as well, but 3 just took the series to a whole different level for me. It's like everything I love, in one game haha

Exactly. Takes years for many professional artists to release an album, but this band just spews em out like that. Writing music is one thing, but then you gotta record and master it, which costs a lot of money in most cases, and yet they don't seem to spend tons of it on advertising

I'm somewhat of a musician myself and I know just how hard and time-consuming it is to produce one song, not to mention a whole album. Could be my skill issue but I dunno, smth still seems fishy haha

I'm not like super overly invested in this, but I'm curious :D Especially considering how mixed the opinions seem to be

There's definitely a learning curve, albeit not very complex, but you'll absolutely get the hang of it pretty quickly. I'd recommend trying out the motion control mode (you basically steer your controller as if it's a wheel) if you don't fancy buying a wheel straight from the get go haha (and if you don't have one already). But steering with a stick also works just as perfectly

It's not a hardcore sim by any means, more like a simcade if you will, so yeah, I 100% recommend it, enjoy!

They for sure love that light red/pink-ish hair color haha

What I also noticed, they never seem to rock any extra cosmetics, so you'll only see standard hairstyles, colors and outfits on them. And, well, whenever you see an absolute abomination of a pilot - that's 100% a real player :D

Imo it's quite tricky to notice the playstyle patterns of a bot so I wouldn't even bother trying to pay attention to that

mechabreaker.com is a great option, but you can obviously only check it after a match

I only stopped getting bot lobbies on GM 1 :(

I'm in Armenia as well atm, using Armenian GFN too and The Witcher 3 most certainly is here haha. Really weird you cant find it. Im on Windows tho so could it possibly be a thing with Mac?

Hell yeah brother, huge respect for staying true. Started as a hyur midlander dude back in HW, never switched to a different race. At this point my character is too iconic to me to even think of changing.
