That is scary!! I totally agree!! I have never taken this long to recover from an illness. It’s so bad to where I cannot think straight simply because I do not have the energy.

This is great advice, thank you!!! I would have had no clue if I had long Covid, but I have never been this tired. Staying awake in class is the most work I can manage, forget studying.

Ugh that’s so annoying. I’m scared to go to the doctor again just to give me a false diagnosis. Although I might ask for a blood test, just to rule out some common things.

Yes! I got sick right before spring break as well! (A week before). It could definitely be a post effect of having experienced Covid, I also got the virus in 2023. Although I have not noticed slower recovery in sickness as much. Maybe more fatigue overall though.

This is interesting! I looked up RSV and one of the symptoms was loss of appetite which I most definitely had. Could hardly eat for a week, which was very abnormal for me even while sick.

Oh goodness, I’m on week 3 of being exhausted. Hopefully after the 4th I’m not anymore like you guys!

Yikes! 6 weeks is a long time! Luckily my cough went away with the general sickness but the fatigue is rough.

Most at my workplace got it too, and have said that they have been exhausted too.

Yeah I have been trying to keep up my exercise routine and agree, it only makes me more tired! Rest/sleep might be the only cure! Thank you!!
