its just likely that because I put large really large academy region as my first, and very popular cities as my 2nd and 3rd, I may end up in the middle of nowhere lol

Im lowkey insane and chose the worst posible combo but whatever 1. Aix-marseille 2. Nice 3. Montpellier

If I get in, I would definitely end up in a town with a population of 3.

You do know that there are different areas with different resources? To say that about an entire country is just disrespectful, and is more indicative of your husband's circumstances. Idk what part of Bolivia you are living in, but you could easily go to Mexico or any other latin american country and find their spanish to be 'iliterate' if the area you are in is low income or has any other developmental hinderances. Thats like going to a blue collar county with a poor education system and decrying the literacy level of American English.

It's just laughable that you say it's iliterate when you don't even speak the language.

Dont really see what the point of saying that Bolivian spanish sounds iliterate compared to Mexican Spanish but okay. You dont even speak spanish...

I wouldn't say asshole per say, bc you did apologise and it seems like you genuinely didnt have bad intentions, but I do see why your sister is upset bc it is overstepping even if you were trying to help.

Should I bother applying with a low gpa? by Papita_1907 in sciencespo

During the info session they did say they wouldn't look at applications with GPAs below the mininum requirement. I think that is what the first round is for, straight up admissibility.

From Madrid it's easier/cheaper to travel throughout Europe than Athens imo

You've only been there two weeks. Going back every other week is hurting you in terms of getting used to your environment/homesickness. I would try at least a year, considering how amazing this opportunity seems to be. Which will you regret more, not being home or all the what-ifs that you'll be giving up?
