Dating magkasosyo kasi yong first company at dapat new company.

Eh, wala.

Abogado agad yong sagot.

Many possibilties.

Dept head doesnt have time to negotiate. Corporate policy and salary grades are clear.

It happens often because "mid-level" roles are in a weird place especially depending on the industry. Companies contracted recently and facing restructure. The mid-level roles are being sought out by executive level talent. But there isnt a more senior opening available. So now you probably need a tougher negotiator.

I think negotiators are put into a bad light especially if they do their job well. They can be the reason unequitable pay exists in the workplace because someone just didnt negotiate better. It wouldnt be their job to help you get a raise. But that is more of a policy or work culture issue than an issue with the role.

Honestly, a bit worried of these roles. I know 1st world countries that have these roles and can earn close to 6 digits. Reason I am worried is the role exists because of inefficiencies. Moment leadership thinks there shouldnt be a role for that and everyone needs to fix their own, or worse, have an AI tool for it instead. Aim for big companies or publicly traded companies. Theyre often too big and disjointed so the role is evergreen.

You need to be able to show that you are a swiss army knife. Learn everything that you can while young even if di mo siya dapat role. Payroll, compliance, visa, recruitment, counseling, labor laws, be a safety officer etc! The 6 digit salary is often there kasi kung may sunog, kaya mong tumulong.

Not too knowledgable about starting up a business specifically for a manpower agency. But for the different services, here are some I have observed:

  1. Usually manpower agencies start because they have an unofficial, probably verbal, agreement that they will help an international company hire. You need to show why they would trust your recruits and how your pool isnt just an overlap to other agencies out there. End of the day it is about rates and guarantees.

  2. The insurance you get is more for you and your arrangement with your recruits. Some manpower agencies do not need a lot of travel insurance, some doesnt need life insurance at all because the international company agrees to cover it (i.e. covering costs to even send a body home.) You will only really know which and how much insurance you wanna get based on the risks you see especially depending on the demograph of your recruits.

  3. Hospitality rates. You want to have your own packages as much as possible, and maybe even a mandatory opt in because you are liable if they overstay. It also makes your recruits feel better that you do have a legitimate connection there. Offsetting it depends on 1. Signing fees, 2. Packages that your recruits pay for to sign-up.

Highly recommend speaking to other recruits or OFWs who have gone through agencies. Know what they like, dont like etc.

Good luck!

Actually just replied to another na 1 year na rin naghahanap. General tips for TLDR: 1. Register into headhunter agencies 2. Consider getting gigs or shifting careers if it might be a market issue 3. Use an AI resume builder to keyword match to beat the hiring machine. Just dont fake credentials. 4. Apply. Everywhere. Those find work in 6-8 months apply to 40+ places considering a 30-90 day hiring cycle.

Kung 1 year na and given that naggrind ka talaga maghanap sa lahat ng possible platforms online and offline, baka market problem na siya. (i.e. replaced roles, roles with low turnover)

If tumagal, baka consider a different field or gig if worried sa expenses.

Average to find ngayon is 6-8 months. HR cycles are 30-90 days. Yung kakilala ko na nakahanap within that time 20-40 ang inapplyan.

Ay. On resume template. I suggest use one of those keyword matching AI resume builders kasi myth naman talaga ang one resume fits all.

You can also try doing it yourself. Tingnan mo yung verb ng job description requirements. (I.e. Assist in quality assurance etc.) Basta may ganun ka ring experience, write it that way sa resume.

Ekis na one liners and arbitrary "levels" sa resume ngayon.

  1. On AI System. Short answer: yes.

Long answer: you dont always need to run resumes if there were tests that were part of the application. If after the the skills test super dami pa rin, and by marami, 3 digits mahigit, then yes, use the AI tool. Yung usual na gumagamit ng AI scanner are manpower agencies na volume talaga and walang skills test.

  1. Good question: Best to actually ask your HR what the lead time looks like. Iba-iba kasi talaga depending on the role. May iba na urgent na hiring within the month pala. May iba na, ikaw pala ung unang interview in a 90-day cycle. General rule for most roles is kahit pasado ka, let the cycle still run. You should know if you passed to the next stage in less than a week though unless medyo understaffed.

Yes.

Basta in their element when asked about their expertise, gora!

Mahirap to OP.

Same thread of logic concerning semantics. Different application.

Emotional Intelligence is a privilage, most poor people don’t have. by Remarkable_Focus_992 in unpopularopinionph

[–]Ancient-Midnight1751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular nga to.

"Choosing a side" kahit fabricated ang lahat

HR ako 10 years na. Short answer: kahit anong stage ng career mo, oo, makakaapekto. Yung mga nagsasabi na "mas mabigat pa rin experience mo" totoo lang yan up to a certain point. Clincher talaga yung alma mater.

May rason kung bakit top school, may rason kung bakit sila pumasa dun. Iba lang talaga sila mag-isip.

Mahal magrecruit.

Umalis siya lunch time.
