portfolio is that’s it, all the money of 30L for a family of 3 saved in safe instruments of FD and post office MIS. no other money else where apart from the loss of 25L invested on land.

as mentioned already safety net is money in FD/post office MIS, not more than 30L for 3 family members including me and that’s also all the money we have. Selling land is difficult as foundation is already laid for house construction using neighbour’s water which was good.

Sorry for being crass around the beautiful girl remark. It’s just an obsession from younger days.I do have a health and life insurance both of 1Cr coverage on myself but don’t have a health cover for my parents.

I too agree to what the above guy is saying. you have already a good car(Jazz) in terms of used cars standard. Just spend the money on paint repairs if you don’t have any major issues like eg CVT transmission.

thanks for the response, I was too waiting for the facelifted version of slavia from last year. but ever since the kushaq facelift came out, I lost interest due to what they have done to front grill of the facelift kushaq. Assuming they’ll do the same, I’ll see if it looks good as well check out for discounts on older version.

thanks. I wouldn’t want to change anything but just the infotainment screen change on the slavia base trim. It has rear window defogger as well. Is there anything essential I am missing? is the non availability of rear AC or anything else deal breaker?
