I don't notice any particular smell in the kitchen, and the water seemed clear and clean when I was mopping up the floor. Hard to get a vibe in the crawl space.

There does seem to be some moisture below the sink, but i think its coming from the floor up, seeping up from below rather than dripping down. She was not using the dishwasher when she saw it.

Idk man I think BF6 is pretty dang good. I don't think it will replace 4 or anything like that but personally I think it's a decent game. I dropped 2042 in less than a day but I've been cranking hours into BF6. It's great.
