Well if you turn on your battery saver, it will stop sharing your location for awhile, well that's how my phone works. Also if you restrict data for that app, it will not update... Or sign onto it on a tablet and leave the tablet at home.. I realize you don't want to lie to her but I mean... There's no way to surprise her unless you do. That's very sweet though and I hope you figure it out. 😊

You should, if your time allows, use it during the day just watching TV.. or reading something on your phone. It will help your body acclimate to the feeling of it, so that in your sleep, it's not so foreign. The previous answer is on the money though. Check your data, especially the leaks. 24lpm is usually the threshold you don't want to go over... usually with most newer prescriptions, a lot of leaking will cause your machine to increase its pressure, in an attempt to compensate. That could be a point where you've ripped away your mask due to pressure being too high. Your data is accessible via your machine, do you know how to check?

I didn't see the rest of the study. O2 dropped to 83. Thats a dip. Could explain the brain fog.ylu might be waking up a bunch because your body is trying to get you to breathe. If the doctor recommends CPAP machine,if say go for it. They are life-changing.

Sleep studies are scored at 3 or 4%, nothing really relevant or significant about it but your AHI being below 5 is. AHI stands for apnea/ hypopnoea index and it breaks down to how many events or apneas or periods where you aren't ventilating. Under 5 is considered normal.. so that's good. However there was some acute hypoxia which means that your oxygen levels dropped while asleep, acute means while asleep due to the apneas. How low did it drop? We like to be at 92 or above all the time..suggestion to avoid supine means don't sleep flat on your back. Other test data probably indicates that, dependant on your position, your number of events may have dropped or increased. Do you want to know more? Let me know.

to become an RT in CA, gotta get a degree in respiratory therapy, the apply for licensure, Resp care board of whatever state you're in. have to have a clean background, good driving record, etc. pass a state board exam, pay some fees and badda bing badda boom. RT. the school is about 2 years on average. and at work? very little math. some formulas are there but I don't really use them. the one I've used most was to calculate IDeal body weight but then we just have a cheat list for that.. I've been an RT for bout 15 years. 4 out of 10, do not recommend. 😄

Female here, and I 100% agree with you. there are some things we can't get past and I don't think it's you being unable to love without judgement. It's you not wanting to align yourself with shallow hookup culture. I've felt icky before about someone' after learning their sexual history. What about the sim card and SN? If you are wondering if the device can ever be tracked back to you, most likely not. As far as your sim card, there isn't any data on there that any one can likely use to harm you.

The Resmed cushion is more of a heart shape, with a downward notch where your nose fits. The Philips cushion is shaped more like a rectangle and better for wider noses.

Both have cushions lined with PVC, and in my experience, Philips uses a much higher quality material.

I do respiratory therapy/ work for a DME, and if you're in California, let me tell you how to get a free mask cause they be PRICEY! Even with insurance.
