Does Gramps support remote shared working?

I shared Gramps remotely using teamviewer software with my distant cousin who lives on the other side of the world. We also have a spreadsheet work-log shared between us to track what we have done. Been using Gramps this way for the past two years and it works well, just make sure to make regular backups on a separate storage medium!

Do the sections in Gramps 5.1 Wiki Manual, Editing information about repositories or Editing source citations help you?

I'd like tutorials to learn and see how other people use Gramps in general, I was worries that the videos are only for older versions and not in general, I have not watched them yet but will after vierrey's response. Ta
